How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

  - Discover
- PayPal

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.

    **Shipping fee
    All shipping fee will be calculated based on EMS rate
    Shipping will vary for all other countries depending on package weight and destination.
     
    **Shipping time
    - Item Preparation Time (for in-stock items): Around 7-10 business days after payment
    - Delivery Time (excluding customs clearance): Around 3-8 business days after dispatch
     
    Products will only be shipped after payment has been made. 
    Shipping may take longer for some items.
    The tracking information may take 2-3 days to be available.
     
    **Things to check before ordering
     
    Cancellations or amendments must be made before 3pm.
    It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped.
     
    If the product you ordered is out of stock, CS team will send you sold-out notice email.
    After then, just sold-out item will be cancelled and refunded.
    The rest of products you ordered will be shipped out when items are all ready to ship out.
     
    Some shipping couriers may not be available for certain areas.
     
    Any product returns due to reasons caused by the customer which includes: incorrect shipping address, unidentifiable recipient, unpaid taxes and duties and etc will not be shipped again.
    All related costs (return shipping, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
     
    International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.
     
    All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

All requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item (even for defective items or wrong shipped items. 
 
Once confirmed, items must be returned immediately and arrive within 7 working days.
Please note that the deadlines are based on KST (Korean Standard Time).
 
 
BBIBBONG UNNI must be contacted via the Q and A Board before making any returns.
The customer is responsible for all/any relevant expenses during The return process such as round-trip shipping, customs and etc. This will be done by either deduction from refunds or extra charges.
 
 
Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
 
The following are not eligible for returns:
 
Any item where the tags have been removed, regardless of if they were defective before arrival.
Customized or handmade items.
Intimates, innerwear, stockings, swimsuits.
Items that show traces of use, wash, or alterations.
Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, lost tags, alterations, washing damage, even if the item was defective upon arrival.
All goods returned without previous notice will not be accepted.
 
When posting a refund request for defective or wrongly shipped items, please include detailed pictures of the item(s) along with the order number, product codes, and a written explanation to the Q and A Board.
 
If any items are missing from your package, contact our customer service the day you receive your package.
 
 
BBIBBONG UNNI will only bear the shipping costs of defective or wrong shipped items. All other shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. 
 
If non-defective items are sent to BBIBBONG UNNI along with defective items, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
 
 
BBIBBONG UNNI is not responsible for problems caused by carelessness of buyers. 
 
Items returned that are identified to be damaged by buyers will result in legal action taken by BBIBBONG UNNI according to seller and buyer’s protection laws. 
 
Please wash and care items according to the tips stated on the website.
 
All products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, including product, bag, box, and any gifts. 
 
If any gifts or products that were sent have been used or lost, the buyer will be responsible for paying for those items in order to complete a return.
 
Please note that initial shipping cost will be deducted from the returned item amount.

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
